/ How it works

From plan set to delivery, with one point of contact.

Here is what happens after you send your plans, and what we need from you at each step.

Step 01: Share the scope

Send whatever you have: a full plan set, a window or door schedule, a finish schedule, a spec book or a simple list of quantities.

What you provide

  • Plans, schedules or a quantity list
  • Project location and rough timing
  • Any brands or specs you need to match

Step 02: Get a line-item quote

We go through your documents, tally quantities and send back a quote with one line per item: product, specification, quantity, unit price, and the freight and payment terms. We aim to turn quotes around in [QUOTE TURNAROUND].

What you provide

  • Questions or scope changes
  • Which lines to keep, drop or swap

Step 03: Lock the details

Before anything is ordered you approve the final specifications, colors and, where applicable, shop drawings and samples. Deposit and balance follow the terms on your quote: [PAYMENT TERMS].

What you provide

  • Approved selections and drawings
  • Deposit per the quote

Step 04: Production and checks

Your order is produced to the approved spec. Before it ships, it is checked against that spec: [QC METHOD].

What you provide

  • Answers to any production questions

Step 05: Ship and receive

We coordinate freight to the delivery address on your quote and keep you posted on timing. You confirm site access, receiving hours and unloading.

What you provide

  • Site access and unloading plan
  • Receiving contact on delivery day

/ Shipping and receiving

What to plan for on delivery day.

Access

Tell us about any limits on truck size, gate hours or street access at the site.

Unloading

Plan for a forklift, telehandler or crew to unload, unless the quote says unloading is included.

Inspection on arrival

Count and photograph the delivery before signing, and note any damage on the paperwork.

Staging

Large projects can be split into several deliveries. Let us know where material can be stored.

Approximate container interiors, for planning only: 20′ standard ≈ 33 m³ · 40′ standard ≈ 67 m³ · 40′ high cube ≈ 76 m³. Actual capacity depends on the product and packaging.

Request a quote

Send your plans. Get an itemized quote.

Upload drawings or a quantity list and tell us where the project is. We will follow up to confirm scope and send a line-item quote.
